About Me

My name is Dawn Chipley. I moved to Fort Pierce FL in 2016 from Gettysburg PA. I have 2 daughters, Chelsea who lives in Richmond VA and Casea who lives in Los Angeles CA. I moved here with my boyfriend of 14 years for the warm weather and to be closer to his parents.

I have an associate’s degree and received my real estate license in Pennsylvania in 2000 until 2017. I love working with buyers and sellers, helping them to reach their goals. I have also worked a lot with new construction and development.

My goal in Florida is to sell some sunshine to new buyers and sellers. I love participating in fundraisers to help out my friends and community, especially when it involves cooking.

I will give my full attention to everything I do, making sure no stone is unturned to make your real estate experience awesome.
